I gave in to my sugar cravings today, regrettably. I went to the gym even though it was my rest night to make up for it. Tomorrow, I will be better and stronger than I was today. Next time someone brings my kryptonite into the office, I’ll give them an atomic wedgie and make them throw out the box. Or, I’ll just say no.

The organic, antibiotic free, nitrate/nitrite free, uncured, etc… bacon was $0.50 CHEAPER at Whole Foods than the regular brand at the local grocery store. It only has two fewer slices than the normal pack too. Win.
